- Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Personalised, engraved, bespoke, and breast milk jewelry pieces are non-returnable.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.
