- 14 days to request a return or exchange from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Personalised, engraved, and bespoke pieces are non-returnable.
- Breast milk jewelry is non-returnable due to the personal nature of the item.
How to Start a Return
