Shipping

Standard shipping: 5–7 business days. Free on orders over €150.

Express shipping: 2–3 business days. Additional fee applies.

Local pickup: Available at Prishtina Mall — Floor 1, Ariana Nila Boutique. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

All orders are carefully packaged in our signature jewelry box with a dust pouch. Tracking information is sent by email once your order is dispatched.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Personalized pieces (engraved, fingerprint, breast milk, custom orders) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. We will guide you through the process.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 14 days for a different size or style. Contact us to arrange an exchange before sending your item back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
