What metals do you use?
We work with Sterling Silver (925), Gold Plated, Rose Gold Plated, White Gold (14K/18K), Yellow Gold (14K/18K), and Platinum. The specific options available depend on the product.
Is your jewelry nickel-free?
Yes. All our pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic. They are safe for sensitive skin.
How long will gold plating last?
The longevity of gold plating depends on wear and care. With proper care (avoid water, perfume, and sweat), plated pieces typically last 1–2 years before needing re-plating. We offer re-plating as a service.
Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery is 2–3 business days. Personalized pieces may require an additional 2–5 business days for production.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. You can also check your order status in My Account.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All orders come in our signature jewelry box with a velvet dust pouch — perfect as a gift. You can also add a personalized gift message during checkout.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Can I request a fully custom ring?
Yes. Use our Custom Ring Request form to share your vision. Upload reference images, specify your preferences, and our team will send you a personalized proposal.
How long does a custom piece take?
Custom pieces typically take 3–6 weeks from design approval to delivery, depending on complexity. We will give you a specific timeline when we send your proposal.
Can personalized items be returned?
Personalized pieces (engraved, fingerprint, breast milk, fully custom) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please review your personalisation details carefully before ordering.
